Precision forming & bending
Accurate, repeatable bends for demanding parts and production work. With 200 metric tons of forming force and a bending length of up to 162 inches (13.5 feet), we handle a broad range of part sizes. Real-time angle measurement helps compensate for material variation and springback.
Laser welding
Clean, controlled welds with focused heat input to help limit distortion. Laser welding supports consistent results and reduces the amount of post-weld finishing required.
Surface finishing
Brushed, polished, or paint-ready surfaces finished to your specifications. Our automated drum-sanding process removes dross and creates a consistent surface, preparing each part for its next operation.
Assembly features
Features that simplify fit-up and help reduce assembly time, including tab-and-slot construction, dog-bone features, angled through-holes, tapped holes, and countersunk holes. Each detail supports accurate alignment and repeatable assembly.
